Mindfulness and Healing Event with First Friday Foundation

Hello Social Workers on the front line!

First Friday will be celebrating 18 years of First Friday on October 2nd. Although we can not have our large scale event, we will continue to be virtual and visit the neighborhood as we have done since April. This month we have been permitted a slight twist and will host a series of micro mini events for you. These mindful/healing events are for pre-registered guests only, with the intention to recharge each attendee with creativity and inspiration so you can go back to your critical line of responsibility in social work and continue to service the many people in crises. We know that daily you are facing much more with the current pandemic and job loss in our city and we want to support you.

We would love to share this socially distanced event with you. Filled with inspirational speakers, meditation, wellness and creative outlets designed to rejuvenate you. Each participant will receive a creative welcome tote filled with information on the arts district and special offerings. There are only 25 spots at each event. It is outdoors in front of the Eclipse Theatre on the newly renovated and beautiful 3rd and Gas Street we hope to see you there!
